INTRODUCTION
Workplace Discrimination is consider as term that increase issue or problem among
employee within organization. It has increased the unfairness occurs when treatment of particular
category of staff member within organization. Especially when organization have different
obligation of providing the better equal job opportunities. In order to eliminate discrimination on
the basis of ethnic group, colors and religion (Stoermer, Hitotsuyanagi-Hansel and Froese, 2019).
These are considerations as important concept that require to maintain working culture or
environment. Through research project, it should be undertaken the understanding the
