In many companies , it take place when staff members did not pay equally ad belongs from similar position. In addition to this there are several that did not provide equal opportunities to the male and female staff member, which is the reason of arise of workplace discrimination issues within the organisation. To determine challenges and issues faced by company due to workplace discrimination According to Goodluck Chimezie Uncle Elei (2018), there are various challenges faced by companies because of workplace discrimination. One of the major challenge is increase in turnover rate and absenteeism rate as well. It is determine that if employees feel unfair at workplace they lose interest in activities as well as operations of company and did not like work with such organisations. It is determine that if employees leave organisation, it is required to hire new candidate that may occur cost to company and has negative impact on its revenue level. To examine strategies require to be adopted by managers of Hounslow cars in order to decline influence of workplace discrimination. According to Chen and Jekl, (2018), there are various strategies used by companies in order to eliminate level of workplace discrimination. One of the strategy is providing equal opportunity to both the male and female staff members that motivate each and every staff member of company and develop positive mind set of employees towards working and decline mental pressure of being discriminated at workplace.
