CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
Human resource are the significant assets for every business organization to
handle entire activities as it put their huge efforts for accomplishing objectives. Mainly, HR
department play a significant role in hiring and firing employees, provide training,
maintaining positive relation and interpreting employment laws within the company. as HR
manager also responsible for managing employees working activities and their relation so
that positive and healthy working environment can be easily implement (Rozanna, Adam and
Majid, 2019). If workers are effectively managed then firm easily develop their efficiency
and enhance competitive image as well. As HR department is important as it provide a high
return to business by managing its people. Thus, proper management of employees is
necessary for the company through which they can reduce the employee turnover and also
retain them for longer period. Current research is based on the ZARA, is one of the famous
and leading Spanish apparel retailers that is famous in fast fashion and products including
clothing, accessories and many more. The main focus of this organization is to attain
competitive success at market place by providing best quality of services in market place.
This is possible by its skilled and talented staff members who are able to accomplishing their
targets in a successful way.
