It can be said that quality and price is consider as the foundation to develop customersatisfaction. Price is known as the factor that can be used by business firms to generate profitsand to get customer satisfaction. It is very important for a business organisation to carry outresearch before set a final price of the product (Anderson and Fornell, 2017). Mainly customersatisfaction is a individual's feelings of pleasure or disappointment and this results it fromcompare perceived performance of product to expectations. One of the main reason whycustomer satisfaction is important for business enterprises is that it influence them to repurchasethe products and this increase sale and profits of organisation. Mainly customers satisfaction ismeasure by use customer expectations with the product's performance that can meet thecustomer's desires. Customers satisfaction arise when good of organisation perform as per theexpectation of consumers. If product fail to perform as per the expectation then it result indissatisfy customer and they not make a re purchase decision and they switch brand. Concept ofcustomer satisfaction consists various factors such as loyalty, recommend the same product toother, repurchase, satisfaction and company's reputation.
