INTRODUCTION
Research methods are those which helps to complete the defined project in better manner
so that it will help the researcher to conduct the project in more precise manner. Further, the
report is describe in three different parts. In first part, report will describe past achievements,
current skills and future plans and through this, different skills are identified and by defining
weaknesses personal development plan is describe. In next part, report will describe 20 log
activities in which skills are mention with score rate and in third part, report will develop
research proposal in which topic is selected so that research methods are describe with
identification of all relevant authors and journals. Further, smart objectives are developed and
then all the project management components are used that helps to conduct the research in better
manner.
PART 1
Career Plan
At the time of finishing my college in the year 2016. The first think which was in front
of me is to shape my career and the first step toward the same was to select the first job, so that
on the basis of the same I can build on a successful career ahead. At the time of completing my
degree of BE Aeronautical in the year 2016, first think which was in my mind was to have first
job in a company where I can gain a quantity of knowledge and experience. As I was always has
to have thought that knowledge and experience are the two thing which used to shout loudly in
the competitive market at the time of applying for any job in multinational company. My
educational background used to highlights the bachelor's of Engineering in Aeronautical field,
which was done in the year 2016. There were many field which was in front of me but Aviation
field was the one who has always attracted me toward the same. The biggest reason behind the
same is the vast area of knowledge and professionalism which is offered by the field to the
candidate opting for the same. As from the time of childhood I was very much addicted to the
flights and air transport it has also drive my interest toward the Aviation field.
Gujarat chloride company, is the company where I have served for the first time as a
professional. I was recruited at the post of administrator in the organization and I have served the
company for the 3 year on the same post. Company profile was not in the interest line of mine
but the role and responsibility which post used to offer to me was the one thing which has drive
me to serve for the company for that long duration in the organization. The main responsibility

of mine over there was to build a link between the different department in the organization. By
syncing the performance of one department with the other department in the organization and has
to make sure that all the department in the organization used to work with the proper efficiency
in the organization. This has eventually helped me in improving the communication as well as
decision making skill of mine. As I was the one who used to provide the crucial hand of support
in term of information of different department and also with the knowledge of the current
situation to the project manager at the time of taking any decision. Another responsibility which
was served by me was to maintain the human resources motivation in the organization, as I was
the one who used to work as a link between the employee and the senior management in the
organization. This has helped me in improving the motivation power of mine in the organization.
The reason behind selecting Gujarat Chloride company rather than any Aviation field
organization is that I want to build some management skill as well. Getting a degree from the
college has helped me in gaining the theoretical and practical knowledge about the aircraft
designing or carrying out the operation of company but in the competitive world it is very much
necessary to have a multiple skill set in them. As a result I have decided to gain some
management skill and I was very much successful also in doing the same as 3 year tenure over
there has helped me in building the variety of management skill.
Now, as I am confident enough on the different skill set which has been built and
knowledge and experience which is possessed by me, I am targeting to follow the path which
used to interest me the most. As in future I am targeting to have a job in the multinational
company in the field of the Aviation. As educational background and education learning used to
motivate me to enter the field of aircraft designing as I am confident enough to perform the job
role with full proficiency. Management skill which is build by me in the previous job role will
work as a icing on the cake as this will eventually help in understanding and operating the
different operation of the company in the better way as compare to any other in the organization.
Also as I am targeting the job role of aircraft designed project manager or Aviation project
manager, the past experience which was gained by me will play a crucial role as this role will
require a management skill. Also I will be targeting some shortlisted firm such as general
dynamics company ,aviation dynamic company.
