INTRODUCTION
Today technology has been developing more rapidly that give opportunity to
organisations to launch their businesses on online platform. Here, entrepreneur get equal chance
to turn conceptual idea into an innovative business. Due to this enhancement of technology like
Cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, Mobile apps, Social media and more, business in food
industry is also become online. Food ordering and delivering through mobile apps thrives
business and give chance to gain more success and growth in the same (Haggard, 2016). In this
regard, present project is made to design and develop an online food ordering system named by:
“Take Away – Grab Your Hunger”. With this system, food can be ordered and delivered to
customers in short period of time. For this purpose, what kind of skills an individual need to have
is described with a continuous development plan. It will entail activities, resources and time-
period for developing appropriate skills in online business. Furthermore, scope and objectives,
sources used for collecting knowledge, ethical consideration also described briefly.
Reflective Continuous Development Plan
Continuous professional development: CPD refers to process of tracking and documenting
knowledge, skills and knowledge which has been acquired either formally or informally within
working environment without any initial training. It comprises of experience, what is learnt
through that and its applications (Hübner, Kuhn and Wollenburg, 2016). It is basically a portfolio
of individual which includes development as professional. Technology has created wide impact
on every industry so it is necessary for an individual to acquire knowledge in respective domain.

As per advancement in technology, food is also being served online. Ordering of food
and its delivery has become an online business idea which is growing with evolution in
technology. It is a thriving business and there are lots of opportunities through which business
can grow with very high pace. Take Away-Grab Your Hunger is an organization which serves
their customer with wide variety of food (Bocken, Pauw and van, 2016). Due to enhancement of
technology people are looking forward to opt for services who deliver food at their doorstep.
This brings happiness in faces of people as they are served as per their needs and when they
require it. Like McDonalds provide home delivery options to their customers with option of
delivery within 30 minutes. This all seems eye catching and pleasing to customers. That is the
reason why people mostly opt for such services. Online business is growing rapidly, so it is
necessary that organization like Take Away-Grab Your Hunger must start providing their
services online by which they can have strong customer base. Appropriate services within time
plays critical role in food deliver business (Sonesson and et. al., 2016). For this organization
needs to possess trained workforce with feasible packaging ideas by which customers will be
satisfied. For this strategies are required so that requirements of customers can be analysed.
Past achievements comprises of graduation and post-graduation in computer science
which will assist me to build application. Though there have been lots of enhancements in
technology but still base remains same. These skills need to be updated as with passage of time
things has got a bit easier so it’s necessary to learn new language so that process becomes easy.
To address current achievements skill audit has been presented. Personal skill audit is defined as
skills which are possessed by individual. It assists in identification of strengths and weaknesses
which are required to sustain within professional world. By this it becomes easy for individual to
acknowledge what all skills must be developed and improvised with passage of time. Being a
process maker within Take Away-grab Ur hunger, it is necessary to evaluate skills related with
technical skills, presentation skills, decision-making skills and many others which will assist me
to gain competitive edge in online market (Ozturk and et. al., 2016). As per performance
requirement, skills are shown below which are gained via education and working like a
professional.
