The rationale behind this research is to identify the effectiveness and role of a
healthy working environment to enhance the productivity of employees as
well as performance of a business. If a researcher undertakes this research,
he/she will get an understanding about the importance of a healthy working
environment to maintain positive environment and increasing the
productivity of the employees as well as performance of the organisation on
the whole.

Research Background
It is a known fact that a healthy working environment holds an important role
in a company. If there is a positive culture within an organisation, the
working environment will automatically be healthier. If employees are
happy with their jobs they always try to do better and also put in extra
efforts to get tasks done.
