INTRODUCTION
Talent management is considered as a systematised procedures of finding the vacant
position, recruiting appropriate individuals, improving skill and expertise of people that are
suitable for position as well as retaining them to attain long term organisational objectives (Al
Ariss, Cascio and Paauwe, 2014). As per the scenario, the undertaken travel and tourism
organisation for this report is Trafalgar. It is a leading and most awarded brand that facilitates
tourism services and having main headquarters is in London, UK. This report is on talent
management strategies in service industry. In this report, the aims, objectives, project
management plan, work break down structure, gantt chart, data analysis are described. Moreover,
the recommendation and performance review are also discussed in this report.

The aim and objectives are:
Research Aim: “An effective talent management strategies into chosen travel and
tourism organisation. A study on Trafalgar”.
Research Objective:
To identify the concept of Talent management.

Project management plan is referred as formal and approved document which means that
how the project is implemented, observed as well as controlled (Gelens and et. al., 2013).
Moreover, this is the accumulation of baselines and subsidiary plans which involves cost, time,
