Main aim of present study is “To analyse the role of training and development
in enhancing employee’s performance: a case study on Morrison”.
On the basis of given aim, following objectives are formulated for the current
study:
To explore the meaning of training and development.
To examine the types of training and development methods which are used
for retail firms.
To assess the relationship which exist between training and development
programs of firm and employee’s performance.
To recommend the ways of enhancing performance of employees in
Morrison by making use of different training methods.
