The aim of research is “To analyse the influence social media
marketing practices used by Morrison's in enhancing their
profitability and customer base.”

Objectives
To ascertain the meaning of social media marketing and its applications.
To examine the impact of social media marketing done by Morrison's.
To identify the challenges and limitations faced by Morrison's by using
social media marketing.
To recommend Morrison's to enhance the efficacy in using social media
