This research project focuses on the importance of managing gender equality in improving employee engagement at workplace. It includes a case study on Hennes & Mauritz, a multinational clothing retail business. The study aims to understand the concept of gender equality in the context of business, explore the importance of managing gender equality for Hennes & Mauritz, and determine the ways to improve employee engagement at workplace. The research methodology includes quantitative analysis and data collection through a questionnaire. The findings will provide insights into the benefits and barriers of managing gender equality and offer recommendations for Hennes & Mauritz to enhance employee engagement.
