Introduction
Human resource are very fundamental asset for an enterprise that
is considered as a resource for achieving the competitive edge.
Managing personnel is a complex and very challenging procedure
in compare to capital and technology management for their
proper administration. The purpose of this investigation is to
accumulate proper and authentic data over the influence of HRM
at workplace along with its practices impact on performance of
employee.
