The main purpose behind conducting this study is to develop an understanding regarding the importance of
managing diversity at workplace. Other than this it also help in investigation about the several ways through
which the newly hired employees can be provided with training so that they get easily accept the diversified

workforce. Despite of this it also help in developing an understanding regarding the manner in which the
exerting training to new employees influence the organizational performance.
