facilitated better knowledge and skill development in me through improving my overall
competencies. The use of qualitative and quantitative research method had lead to better
understanding about various techniques and tools to perform a research in effective way together
with ensuring better accomplishment of research objective. Beside this, use of Gantt chart was
also made by me that facilitates timely completion of research work together with meeting all
research objective in more appropriate way. Along with this, all code of conduct and research
principles were also met by me that enhance viability and effectiveness of my research work.
Thus, it can be evaluated that overall this investigation and research work is effective and
success that enhance my communication and other interpersonally skills which ensure better
growth for me in future.
Research method would have been used
The research method that would have been used includes positivism research philosophy
and deductive approach that ensures more scientific and practical way of research but it is useful
and effective only in case of quantitative research method thus, does not support qualitative
research method. Further, use of work breakdown structure could be made for better bifurcation
of research work.
CONCLUSION
In accordance with above research it can be concluded that workplace discrimination lead
to negative impact on performance of organisation through hampering efficiencies and morale of
employees. Further, creation and management of equality and fair workplace is essential to have
better morale and satisfaction level in employees. At last it can be summarised that effective
communication, regular training session and transparent decision making are effective
approaches to encounter challenges of workplace discrimination.
