Along with this, promoting equality at workplace is also significant for company in making workers more productive that directly contributes in enhancing the possibility of attaining competitive advantages by reducing employee turnover. Current research is based on ASDA, is a famous British supermarket retailer that operate their business in over the world with the aim of attaining competitiveness at market place. In this regards, manager of the company needs to create equal working environment and also ensure that all the male and female workers get equal pay against their performance. If it is successfully done than employee get encouraged and motivated towards the job roles. This will contributes in reducing the employee turnover by retaining them for longer duration. REFLECTION AND ALTERNATIVE RESEARCH METHODOLOGY I am glad to take this opportunities to undertake current investigation that is based on determining the ways by which company can eliminate gender discriminate at working area. This research include a wider scope and also provide detailed information to investigator. As a researcher, I have used various methods to gather information on the basis of specified research topic. In this I have applied primary method of data collection and prepare a structured questionnaire. This can be beneficial for me in gathering reliable information through which I had taken appropriate decision. Along with this, I have also faced various issues at the time of undertaking research which is related to the insufficient time and cost that put negative impact over the end results of the study. For overcoming from these issue I have developed Gantt chart that includes all the research activities along with specified time frame. With the help of this, I have complete research without any kind of issues. In addition to this, current researcher also helped me in building my knowledge that support me in my career growth. Furthermore, there are various methods are used to carry out the research activities but as an alternative research methodology interview is one of the effective method that help in gathering information from respondents as per their views points.
