This research project aims to identify the importance of sustainability in the dynamic dimensions of the hospitality industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study focuses on Bailey's hotel in London and explores the function of sustainability, its significance for improving business strategies, and the challenges faced during its implementation. The findings highlight the need for sustainable practices to reduce operational costs and improve brand image. The study recommends that the hospitality industry adopt sustainable and eco-friendly practices for better quality of life and client satisfaction.
