Globalization is the process of the exchange of business activities in terms of employees, ideas and
other business functions by the correlation of culture, trade policies and organizational norms. During
past 50 years, globalization is continuously increasing within corporate sector and companies are
receiving number of advantages due to its inclusion. New globalisation era have been evolved with
the inclusion of philosophical changes and global technological adoption. Organizations are
developing their connections, sharing their goals, visions throughout geographical boundaries and
increasing their profit margins and market share. Apart from these advantages, globalization have also
generated number of issues for employees and employers.
