This research project focuses on examining the impact of workplace discrimination based on ageism and racial inequality on the performance of an organization. The study is conducted using a case study approach on General Electronics, a multinational company. The project aims to explore the concept of equality and diversity in relation to business, analyze the issues of ageism and racial inequality faced by General Electronics, assess the potential influence of workplace discrimination on business performance, and identify effective measures to address the issue of discrimination. The research findings will contribute to enhancing individual knowledge and skills in the area of workplace discrimination.
