IntroductionMotivation is one of the important factor that is required to consider by every organisation sothat its performance, sales and operation can be improved. This plays important role to promote aperson to act on certain way and to make necessary development in organisation. It is the keyaspect that has impact over the sales and operation of company (Avey, and et. al, 2010). BackgroundALDI is the company that is operating their business in UK. It is the fifth largest supermarketgrocer in UK. This organisation offers various king of product and services to its customers sothat they can satisfy the needs and wants of the people. There are many grocery product providedby this business unit. They are operating the business in more than 10000 stores in around 18countries. The present report presents the motivational factors that have impact over the performance, salesand operation of business. This is important compete in market and sustain for long time. Here,critical review is performed to understand the motivation in more effective manner. In presenttime, it is important for the organisation to consider these factors so that they can achieve bestresult (Bakker and Bal, 2010).
