INTRODUCTION
The aim of the research is to demonstrate the change of overtime working that influence
on employee’s productivity and motivation. Organisations work into dynamic and complex
environment that makes their work more pressurize and Critical. There they are in need to work
extra and which more dedication in order to complete daily task and business activities.
Therefore organisations make efforts in motivating employees to work extra hours and get extra
pay stop this reduces the burden of work and carries out all the smooth flow of working. The
impact of working extra and forcing employees to give overtime efforts could create cause on
their productivity and motivation. In order to reduce work pressure and making employees
welfare, it is necessary to come up with strategies that will not harm organisation effectiveness.
Although, working into pressure mainly leads to inefficient quality of products impact on overall
organisation(Brunet, 2019). This research is based on the case study of Primark organisation is
known as a world-wide white retailer of clothing manufacturers at a reasonable price. The
company was incorporated in 1969 which has its headquarter in Ireland. The company serves
many locations with their product of clothing and accessories. Due To have large operations,
human resource manager look for employees who could work extra hours in complete the targets
in a very less time. This research is going to present all the facts and data in an appropriate
manner by using research methodology and data collection method. Also proper
recommendations will be made in order to achieve research objectives.
