Topic:-
“ To identify the impact of employee commitments on organizational culture and
national culture:- A case study of London underground”
INTRODUCTION
The following research project is going to throw light on significance of employee
commitments in order to attain company goals and targets in a defined time frame.. London
underground is a public rapid transit serving in London and its nearby areas. Learner is going to
investigate about facilities that is provided by European companies by providing the facilities of
transportation below the surface area.. It is very helpful and effective source for whole society
and aids public while travelling across different regions in London. First ,and foremost motive of
this report is to highlight the employees attentive nature towards their personal and professional
goals. The, overall report is showing distinct methods of encouraging workers towards their set
objectives in order to attain organization targets by establishing a positive culture at workplace
and nation (Epstein and Buhovac, 2014).
Basically, research team is following an appropriate process for acquiring accurate
information about London underground and what are its benefits on entire society. Main
objective of this subject is to analyse the roles and responsibilities of one of the indispensable
resources that is employees. Their role is vital as entire job and work of a company is handled
and managed by them only. Therefore, commitments of labours are very much essential for
London underground team so that they can achieve success and attain their set objectives and
goals in a defined time period. Another target of underground group is to facilitate consumers
and overall nations with outstanding services by conducting numerous of beneficial programmes
or sessions.
1.1 Aims and objectives

underground”. On the other hand some of the major objectives of this report is going to present

Highlight the relationship between positive behaviour of employees with culture of

1.3 Research rationale
In this part of the research actual reason behind preferring this title in order to easily
understand the motive or objectives of investigator team. Therefore, this project is all about
identifying the impact of employee’s attentiveness on culture of enterprise as well as nation
while designing a underground facilities in London for facilitating whole society. In fact, it is
indispensable to pay full attention on this subject because all the task or activities are managed or
regulated by them only in an appropriate manner. Along with this they are responsible for
establishing a goodwill of a company at marketplace and completion of particular project is also
rely on employee’s commitments. Hence, study on this topic is highly important due to their
efficiency or role in development of London underground project. Basically, employee’s
consideration is very significant for success or development of an association as are seen as
mandatory asset (Cascio, 2018).
Hence, determination of employee’s interest or wish is one of the compulsory work for
team of underground designer as they want more or more man power experience or fresher’s

1.4 Gantt chart and work break down structure
Entire research projects are distinguished between various activities in order to execute
all the task in an appropriate manner by considering necessary facts or figures. Work break down
structure is one of the useful strategy for distributing responsibilities between various sections in
order to minimize chances of losses. Whereas Gantt chart is a graphical representation of
activities which is distributed amongst various sections so that it may accomplish in an
appropriate manner (Cameron and Quinn, 2011).
