flow of work and efficiency of its operations. The current investigation is based on evaluation
about the concept of talent management in order to accomplish the reasons and factors that made
it a strategic priority for an orgnisation. Further, the selected orgnisation for current investigation
is Pizza Hut that is an American restaurant chain and international franchise that is famous for its
Italian American cuisine menu, including pizza and pasta thus provide better implication about
the priority and importance of talent management for achieving this high level of performance.

The aim of current research project is, “To evaluate about the concept of talent
management as strategic priority and its impact on performance of an organisation”. An
Investigation conducted on Pizza City.

competitors. Thus, selection of current topic is viable as yield better information regarding the
need and importance of talent management. Further, it also emphasis on role of talent
management in meeting and coping up negative impact and challenges of COVID-19 thus,
become more important and rational for researcher and other scholar. Beside this, conducting
current research work on Pizza Hut would lead to improvement in the communication and
managerial skills of investigator along with meeting academic and educational perspective.

As per the view point of Prarthana Ghosh, 2019, concept of talent management is
basically associated with the methodically organised and strategic way and process of getting a
right talent onboard through recruiting a skilled candidate along with ensuring regular training

crucially needed concept that ensures maintenance of efficiency and performance level of
