Introduction
Talent management is a vital phenomenon that consists of hiring, retaining and
developing employees of orgnisation that is important for a company in order to maintain the
flow of work and efficiency of its operations. The current investigation is based on evaluation
about the concept of talent management in order to accomplish the reasons and factors that made
it a strategic priority for an orgnisation. Further, the selected orgnisation for current investigation
is Pizza Hut that is an American restaurant chain and international franchise that is famous for its
Italian American cuisine menu, including pizza and pasta thus provide better implication about
the priority and importance of talent management for achieving this high level of performance.

The aim of current research project is, “To evaluate about the concept of talent
management as strategic priority and its impact on performance of an organisation”. An
Investigation conducted on Pizza City.
Objectives of Research
 To review about the concept of talent management as strategic priority including its need
and importance for an organisation.
 To determine the impact of talent management on performance of Pizza Hut.
 To examine the role of talent management in meeting the challenges of COVID-19.
 To recommend innovative ways of recruitment and training of employees to ensure
effective talent management at Pizza Hut.
