CHAPTER 4: METHODOLOGY EXPLANATION Access It is necessary for research to have the proper access of Collection of data from the sources. In order to collection ofinformation from the primary and secondary sources as it is necessary for researcher to have permission about collection of data from the organization or authority (Ayalon and Tesch-Römer, 2017). Sampling Sampling is process that is used in the statistical analysis under which the determine observations are taken from large population. There are probabilistic and non- probabilistic two types of sampling method. There has been random sampling method used because it is a main part of probabilistic sampling and provides the equal chance to chosen respondents. The selected Sample size is 50 employees (Flake, 2016). Primary data collection instrument In order to collect data from the primary method, there has been questionnaire used by concept in the different questions on identify the workplace discrimination issues of equality and Diversity affecting performance of an organization. The questionnaire is mainly related with literature review the specific subject area (Flake, 2017). Data collection administration Primary and secondary are different types of data collection methods. There has been primary method used as developing questionnaire. Questionnaire is an effective method for collection of information as this is time saving as well as cost saving method (Johnson and Joshi, 2016). Ethical issues relevant to the research It is necessary for the researcher to follow all the ethical principles while conducting the investigation. The ethical principles which needed to consider through researcher are informed consent, confidentiality privacy, anonymity etc.Researcher should use the authenticate sources
so that the valid and reliable information can be collected. This will help in conducting the research in an ethical manner (Macdonald and Levy, 2016). Data analysis approach For data analysis, there has been content analytical method used because it provides the description about the questions developed in questionnaire in a detailed manner. In this, themes have been developed and also make interpretation of the collected data (Macdonald and Levy, 2016).

CHAPTER 6: CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS Conclusion It has been concluded from the above mentioned report that workplace discrimination arise the complexities in an organisation as it produces the negative impact on performance level of employees and also reduce their moral. This kind of issue develops the negative impact on the organisational performance as well as productivity. It has been discussed that the discrimination arises at workplace on the basis of age, gender and religion. The age discrimination is related to difference in age of workers. The religious discrimination is related to not getting the proper treatment by a person on because of their religious values. In gender discrimination, company does not meet the men and women employees equally at workplace. The aim of this research has been developed on the basis of research area. In conducting the literature review part, there have been secondary sources used as books, articles, journals, magazines and many others. The main reason behind using this method is that it is time saving as well as cost saving. The literature review is based on the research objectives that provide the detailed information about the specific area and it is helpful in meet with the research objectives. In the literature review part, there has been discussed about the workplace discrimination issues arising in an organisation on the basis of religion and gender. There has been discussed about the impact of discrimination on performance level of the employees in an organisation. There has been discussed about the impact of discrimination such as less coordination, less flexibility and high turnover rate of employees. In order to overcome from the workplace discrimination, there are some strategy used by the organisation for an instance education among workers, regular communication and also formation of committee at workplace. Research methodology is a main part of organisation and under this there has been discussed about the research philosophy, Data Collection method, researchapproach,techniquesofDataCollection,ethicalconsiderationandmanyother components. In order to collect the data there has been questionnaire developed through because it provides the detailed information about the specific subject area.
Recommendations The present report is taken into consideration on determine workplace discrimination issues of equality and Diversity which impacting overall performance of an organisation. In relation to this research area, there are some recommendations given below ï‚·It is necessary for the management to provide training to all the employeesand supervisors so that they can aware about the discrimination issues. This will help in enhance their skills as well as knowledge so that they can able to understand about the discrimination and their consequences. ï‚·There is a need to management to develop the open communication with the employees so that they can able to tell their problems with management. If there is any kind of discrimination arise at workplace management need to take the strict action against it. ï‚·It makes sure that employee should aware about the discrimination. This is likely that separate in legal discrimination act score unrecognised because victim does not make this clear that conduct is unacceptable. There is case where the managers will admit to discrimination and help employees to draft the legal papers against them ï‚·It is necessary for company to develop as well as review the anti-discrimination policy. Manager may have put this in writing and acknowledged that this will not act in the discriminatorywaysthatmakesuptobenefitpositionofthepersonthatarise discrimination.
CHAPTER 7: REFLECTION I feel happy to get this opportunity about conducting the investigation on workplace discriminationissuesofequalityandDiversitythataffectingoverallperformanceofan organization. From conducting the present investigation, my knowledge and the research skills are enhanced. This is helpful for me in providing the better opportunities about conducting any investigation in future in a better manner. The aim of the present research is determine the workplace discrimination related issues of equality and Diversity affecting overall performance of an organization. In order to conducting the literature review, I used the secondary sources such as books on magazines articles, channels and many others. In the literature review Part, I have discussed about the basis of workplace discrimination and the complexities arise from the discriminationatworkplace.Therehasbeendiscussedaboutthewaystominimizethe discrimination from an organization. I have used many methodologies for conducting an investigation. There has been pragmatist research philosophy used and deductive research approach used. In order to Collection of data, there has been questionnaire developed by consisting the different questions related to specific subject area. For fill the questionnaire, there have been 50 respondents chosen which the employees of company are. For chosen the respondents to fill the questionnaire, there has been random sampling method used because it provides the equal chance to the selected respondents.
