This research project focuses on managing cultural diversity in the UK mobile phone sector, specifically within the company EE. It aims to examine the challenges faced by team-leaders in working with employees from different cultural backgrounds. The research objectives include analyzing the problems of cultural diversity, proposing recommendations for diversity in the workplace, understanding the importance of diversity, and evaluating diversity to promote collaboration. The research methodology involves a quantitative approach with a focus on data collection through a questionnaire. The study aims to provide insights into the impact of cultural diversity on company performance and offer recommendations for effective management.
