This research proposal focuses on the role of line managers and leaders in employee development and well-being. It aims to analyze innovative ways of talent management within an organization, specifically studying Rowlinson Knitwear. The research objectives include identifying the importance of innovative ways to talent management, determining the innovative and new ways used by Rowlinson Knitwear, and examining the challenges faced by the organization in implementing strategic talent management. The research will use a deductive research approach and methodologies such as literature review, research methodology, data gathering, and data evaluation.
