This research project aims to investigate the impact of high gender inequality on the performance of employees in managing workplace discrimination, with a focus on ASDA. The study will analyze the concept of gender discrimination, its impact on productivity and profitability, challenges faced by ASDA in managing workplace discrimination, and recommend measures for improvement. The research methodology includes qualitative research, inductive approach, interpretivism philosophy, and thematic analysis. The study findings will contribute to understanding and addressing gender discrimination in the workplace.
