CONCLUSION
On the basis of this graphical analysis, it has been concluded that Harrods has
to make some changes in their management which can help them to
improve employee’s productivity. Most of the employees are satisfied with
their management but it is essential for them to improve continuously as
per market needs and staff’s needs.
