Recommendation From the detailed evaluation of the project it has been recommended to the business that, company should manage equality and diversity in the manner of better execution of the business operations. Asda is a large supermarket chain which has its businesses all around the globe and the company is also having employees who are belongs from diversified areas, thus, as per the evaluation of the project it has been analysed that it is required for each small as well as large business enterprises to mange equality and diversity to reduce its influences at market place. From the evaluation of the project it has also been suggested to Asda that company should provide diversity and inclusion training to their employees as to providing them suitable direction to execute their efforts to gain success.
Conclusion After detailed analysis of the project based on equality and diversity it has been concluded that, these two are termed to be the most imperative area of human resource department which are needs to be managed by the business or its management for theintention of attaining higher growth and success. Therefore, In addition to this, as per the evaluation of the participants evaluation it has also been said that, here are assorted issues like Gender stereotypes, Sexual Harassment, Higher employee turnover, Unequal Pay and so on, thus these are mainly arises due to discrimination at workplace.
