 Research methodology refers to specific procedures that are used to identify, select,
analyze, process information related to specific topic.
Research approaches
 To conduct this research researcher adopts the use of deductive approach. The
reason of selecting this approach is that it is based on existing theory and collecting
data to test the hypothesis. This helps in draw a valid and authentic conclusion at
the end of research.
