Reasons for choosing the project

now a day because by adopting cultural diversity at the workplace company able to motivate their
employees which enhance their performance. In addition to this by adopting cultural diversity an
organization management also able to increase their goodwill at the marketplace that encourages
skilled audiences to get job in respective workplace. Along with this, project manager of respective
research conduct analysis on determining the different ways by which a company management can
adopt and implement cultural diversity at the workplace for enhancing employee’s performance at

essential to adopt cultural diversity at the workplace because through it they able to motivate as well as
encourage employees to conduct work effectively for the attainment of desire goal as well as objective
successfully. In addition to this, by adopting cultural diversity at the workplace a company able to
develop as well as maintain positive workplace culture where there is less chance of conflict.
 What is the positive and negative impact of cultural diversity at workplace of Vodafone?
As per the view point of Kattle Reynolds, 2017, it is essential for a company to adopt cultural diversity
at the workplace because through it they able to gain several benefits but there are some limitation of

enhancing motivation level of staffs that directly leads to enhancement in their productivity as well as
effectiveness. Along with this, it will also help a company in increasing their market value at the
potential marketplace. On the other hand, there are some limitations of cultural diversity which impact
negatively at the workplace such as it may lead to conflict working styles among team, different
understanding of professional etiquette, professional communication may get affected and many more.

So it is essential for a Vodafone to understand both negative as well as positive aspects of culture
diversity as that will help in developing effective decision successfully.
 What are the different ways by which a company management can adopt and implement
cultural diversity at the workplace for enhancing employee’s performance at workplace?
According to the view point of Charong Chow, 2019, there are numbers of ways through which a
company may adopt as well as implement cultural diversity at their workplace in effective in order to
enhance their performance effectively (15 ways to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace,
2020). These ways will include implementation of model related to cultural diversity, provide training
to staffs, and hire employees of different background and many more. It is so because through it
company able to adopt as well as maintain effective culture diversity strategies in effective manner
which help them in enhancing their employees performance effectively.

Gantt Chart is determined as graphical representation or chart which describe about the schedules
related to research project along with all activities or task in effective ways so that researcher conduct

allotted or given time. Moreover by conducting respective chart, researcher of project get proper

Research Philosophy: It is considered as belief or factor which is adopted by a project manager in
order to accomplish project with desire outcome successfully. There are mainly two types of research
philosophy which researcher may adopt i.e. interpretivism as well as positivism. In respect of this
research project, researcher will adopt interpretivism because through it they can accumulate as well as
access information in effective manner for attaining desire outcome or result successfully.
Research approach: It is determined as procedure as well as plan that is directed researcher to attain
their desire goal outcome in effective manner. There are two types of research approach which a
research may adopt i.e. inductive as well as deductive. In respect of this research, project manager or
investigator will adopt deductive research approach because through they able to attain desire goal and
outcome successfully.

manager need to follow each and every ethical responsibilities and factors in order to avoid legal
