cultural diversity at the workplace for enhancing employee’s performance at workplace?

company may adopt as well as implement cultural diversity at their workplace in effective in order to

Activities to be carried out during the research project
Research Philosophy: It is considered as belief or factor which is adopted by a project manager in
order to accomplish project with desire outcome successfully. There are mainly two types of research
philosophy which researcher may adopt i.e. interpretivism as well as positivism. In respect of this
research project, researcher will adopt interpretivism because through it they can accumulate as well as
access information in effective manner for attaining desire outcome or result successfully.
Research approach: It is determined as procedure as well as plan that is directed researcher to attain
their desire goal outcome in effective manner. There are two types of research approach which a
research may adopt i.e. inductive as well as deductive. In respect of this research, project manager or
