Multiplex can provide equal opportunity for promotion which can reduce conflicts issue and
cultural issue with workplace. Other 1 respondent commented that skills and development class
is best option to reduce cultural and communication issue because they though performance issue
is the main reason to create conflict among employees. Remaining 7 respondent commented that
equality for promotion and skill and development classes both can solve problem which are
identified within workplace.

supports organization to raise goodwill of company in global market. In addition, race equality

will conduct another research then I will also take other considerations of work place
