Introduction
Race equality can be defined as the equal opportunity for people who keeps difference to
each other in term of colour, language, national and ethnic region. Race equality is important for
organization because it helps them to lead high profitability in company. Race equality plays
essential role in workplace because it leads diversity at workplace. It is not only improves
profitability but also maintains well-being of employees within workplace. It helps to create
sustain competitive advantage in competition market. Equality is important for person either they
belong to different country or have different colour. Most of the people doesn't get proper
opportunity due to race inequality. Race equality is adopted by Multiplex company which
evaluates through research. It is a British multinational companies which is headquartered in
Welwyn garden, England, UK.
