This research project focuses on the impact of COVID 19 on human resource management in the hospitality industry, specifically in retaining top talent. The research proposal defines the research questions and includes a literature review. The challenges faced by HR in retaining talented employees during COVID 19 are identified, and effective strategies for retention are recommended. The research aims to determine the role of HRM in the hospitality industry, identify the challenges faced by HR in retaining top talent during COVID 19, and recommend ways for HR to retain top talent in the Barbary restaurant.
