This presentation analyzes the impact of managing cultural diversity at workplace upon the organization and employee performance. It examines the concept of cultural diversity, the importance of managing it, challenges faced by companies, and recommendations to overcome them. The study uses qualitative research methodology and thematic data analysis. The findings show that cultural diversity creates a positive impact on organizational performance. Tesco faces challenges such as language barrier, increasing age differences, and ethnic and cultural differences. The presentation concludes that managing cultural diversity effectively is crucial for organizational success.
