INTRODUCTION
Social media marketing is the tool which works as to promote a product and services in
term to aware customers about it. The main aim of social media marketing is to improve the sales
of the enterprise. It is the form of internet marketing which works as to utilise networking

the activities of the Tesco. It is the global leading brand. It deals in the grocery services and takes
very innovative approaches to modified the products. Social media marketing is helpful in term
to process systematic working. The main aim of social media marketing is to have increment in
sales of the enterprise.

Tesco is popularly known for implementation of advanced technologies within organisational
framework (Flick, 2015). In terms to attend the aims and objectives questionnaire survey is need

entrancement in the growth of enterprise.

challenges that a retail organisation may face whether its small or big. There should be a clear
idea of how to handle negative feedbacks about the business which may affect the reputation and
future sales. Risk is associated with social media business too. It maybe a negative feedback,
information leak or breach or hacking. Here are some challenges which a retail organisation may
face while concentrating on improving sales through social media:
