This research proposal aims to determine the role of managing cultural diversity in dealing with issues of gender pay gap in organizations, specifically focusing on Jaguar company. The objectives include understanding the importance of cultural diversity, evaluating major issues arising from gender pay gap, and determining ways to address these issues. The research will involve literature review and data collection through questionnaires. The research approach will be inductive, and the research design will be exploratory. The findings will contribute to the development of effective solutions for managing gender pay gap in organizations.
