Introduction
Digital technology refers to develop new value in the
business models, internal capabilities and customer
experience that helps in support the core operations. It is a
branch of the engineering or scientific knowledge that deals
with creation and the practical use of digital devices, systems,
methods etc.

Research Aim
The main aim of this research is “To analyse effectiveness
of digital technology on business”. A study on Andrea
Hairdressing Salon.

Research Objectives
• Effectiveness of the staff training on innovative
technologies.
• To evaluate the relationship between Marketing and
digital technology (social media) on Andrea hairdressing
Salon.
• Recommend various ways through which long term effect
of operating technologies can be obtained in Andrea
hairdressing Salon.

Rationale of Research
The main rationale of this research is to get the better
knowledge about the digital technology concept in a better
manner. It helps in better understanding about the use of
digital technology in business. The learner conducts an
investigation for its self-interest.

Conclusion
Since the marketplace is changed over the advancement of
the digital technology, Andrea Hairdressing Salon should
adjust with the changes in dynamic and uncertain
marketplace through improving work force's capability and
competence level. Fails to adjust with the changes in market
would lead the firm in threatening situation in terms of
customer loyalty, compatibility and sustainability in the long
run.

Recommendations
There are some recommendations are mention below:
• It has been recommended that Andrea Hairdressing
Salon should conduct the market research to aware
about the existing competitors, customers demands
etc.
• Andrea Hairdressing Salon should adopt the advanced
technology to provide training to its staff members.
