This research proposal aims to investigate the impact of workplace discrimination on employee performance and company productivity at ASDA. It explores the understanding of workplace discrimination, analyzes potential issues faced by ASDA, and identifies possible ways to reduce the influence of discrimination. The research question focuses on the best possible ways ASDA can adapt to reduce the impact of workplace discrimination. The project will use qualitative and quantitative research methods, including literature review, surveys, and data analysis. The data will be collected through questionnaires and analyzed to provide conclusions and recommendations. The research will contribute to the knowledge and understanding of managing workplace discrimination and its effects on business performance.
