This research project aims to explore the impact of managing cultural diversity on racial discrimination in the workplace, with a specific focus on Tesla. The objectives include developing effective diversity training methods, evaluating the impact of diversity training on organizational performance, exploring the benefits of cultural diversity training, and recommending practices to improve cultural diversity.
