focus on managing the activities and operations in an effective manner. The human resources
manager's main goal is to ensure that its current employees are happy in order to sustain the

in the hospitality sector because they manage and satisfy their requirements accordingly. COVID
19 was known as an infectious Coronavirus disease. COVID -19 is the most dangerous disease
because it is generally associated with natural activity. This is most infectious diseases that can
be transmitted from one person to the next (Barnett and Grabowski, 2020). The COVID -19
epidemics have directly affected most companies and it develops the hospitality sector. It has
been since the COVID- 19 impacted staff positions in the hospitality industry that specifically
impact of COVID-19 on training policies and employee retention. The latest investigation was
carried out at Ozone Coffee Roasters. This café is based in London and runs its small business.
The government took the initiative to disconnect people from COVID 19 so as to prevent social

The initial description for this analysis is to gain an appreciation of the many
developments in the hospitality sector resulting from COVID- 19. Overall factors were intended
for the department of human resources as it is very challenging without any activity for them to
deal with workforce. The researchers' interest in developing their skills like communication,
analysis, technical skills, analysis, presentation experience, group work skills etc. is another
important motive for conducting this study. Such skills will certainly enable researchers to
achieve a successful response.

because it will support investigator in collecting of secondary data regarding the topic. There are
different sources that will be require to use by researcher for collecting secondary data such as

this industry's goods and services are now very small. The possibility of pollution is thereby

employees can not able to move to places in order to carried out the jobs which has impacted on
their income level. Impact on the hospitality sector could provide the main people in hospitality
business jobless. COVID-19 has impacted hospitality sector as worst because as comparison to
daily customers visit before spread of pandemic, hotels are mainly seeing the no visitations.
Based to COVID 19 in several areas described below, several various types of negative impacts
are calculated by the hospitality sector:
Inability of pay salary to workers- The employers will not make a profit from the firms
but also have to pay their workers ' wages because they have to live their daily life. This causes
the employer to face two-fold problems. First businesses have to shut down or no business
demand and also compensate the workers number. This culminated in a circumstance such as a
lack of payment.
