CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION After going through the report it has been concluded that there is still not that sort of understanding in employee in regard of policy. For the same reason it has been recommended that organization has to make sure that there is clarity in term of different policy to all the worker at the workplace, as this is the best way to overcome the same.
