This report will uncertain the same issue but in more specified context that is the issue which is being faced by the HR department. This report highlights the Aim and objective of the topic, after that proposal highlights the secondary data and methodology which is used to carry out the research. Aim and Objectives Aim To investigate the issue face by HR policies with regards to COVID-19 . A study based on Hilton Hotel. Objective To understand different HR policies of Hilton. To examine different challenges face by HR while dealing with COVID- 19 To ascertain the impact of COVID- 19 upon HR policies with regards to training and recruitment. To recommend the best way precautionary measure which can be adopted by Hilton to reduce impact of COVID-19. Research Question What are different HR policies of Hilton? Rationale COVID 19 is one of the trading topic in current and I was also very excited to gather good sort of the information on the same this has driven me in selecting the same topic in the nation. At the same time there was good amount of the uncertainty among the Hilton to understand the impact of COVID 19 on the business. For the same reason this topic was chosen to give the good hand of support to client in understanding the same in better way. LITERATURE REVIEW In the published paperBagnera, Steinberg and Edition (2020)researcher explain that HR policyaredifferentpolicywhicharebeingdevelopedtoattractnewemployeetoward organization and also maintain the same individual for longer period of time at the workplace. HR policy generally includes the three t four element on the basis of which whole employee retention plan are made in the organization these elements of HR policy are Recruitment Policy, selection policy, training policy and workplace environment building policy in the organization. At the same timeZheng, Goh and Wen (2020)explain that there were many different changes which has to be brought by the HR department in their policy reason behind the same is COVID 19 paramedics in the nation. This will eventually create the variety of issue to be addressed by the HR department.He and Harris (2020)highlights that the first challenge will be in regards of providing the training to all the employee in regards of keeping social distancing. Another challenge which was highlighted was to select more mentally and healthier employee in the organization. Another challenges which will be faced in context of recruitment of the employee in the organization will be scheduling and maintaining adequate number of employee in the organization only, in a way that all the employee feels secure at the workplace and will help the company in maintaining the talent for longer period of time.
