drastically in the recent time.

AIM
To investigate the issue face by HR policies with regards to COVID-19 . A study based on Hilton Hotel.
Objective
To understand different HR policies of Hilton.
To examine different challenges face by HR while dealing with COVID- 19
To ascertain the impact of COVID- 19 upon HR policies with regards to training and recruitment.
To recommend the best way precautionary measure which can be adopted by Hilton to reduce impact of
COVID-19.
