The main reason behind the selection of current topic is to analyse the impact of sustainability over

organising suitable research for company. For this, the current research is regarding the significance
of an individual, company and so on that helps in identifying the suitable effects of sustainability
within an organisation by considering and analysing several situations (Sarkis, 2020). For this, the

present study is described by the researcher to improve their research skills like time management,
communication, data collection and so on. Hence, the present study depicts the significance for all

of dedication and commitment that drive by the leadership of the local owners and also tends to

supply chain of Ritz hotel is quite complex regarding the direct and indirect suppliers as they reach
to manage the complex system by working with direct suppliers in order to share the vision and

all the operators. In regard of this the objective is to understand the role of relationship management
among the hotel chain their supply chain management in terms of overcoming from the economic
destructions which is caused by the pandemic. In relation with Ritz hotel the outbreak of COVID-19
situation put negative impact over the sustainability and supply chain management of company as the
restaurants theme parks Cinemas hotels complexes shopping malls and so on got shut down that put
disruptive impact over dog hospitality sector and its ecosystem.
Challenges which are faced by hotel in their supply chain management during COVID-19
According to Hobbs, J.E., (2020), Covid-19 forces many companies and industries to rethink
and transform their supply chain model by exposing various organizations regarding their
dependencies. In relation with Ritz hotel the prominent challenges which is faced by Hotel is about
the shortage of visibility within the supplier operations regarding the sharing of information across
the supply chain which is the key to neglect potential demand supply issues. Moreover, by
considering the information which is required to be shared with all the supply chain stakeholders
regarding the logistics decisions that are made and also helpful for the businesses in terms of
operating more efficiently (Karmaker and et. al., 2021). Along with this in order to mitigate this issue
regarding the short-term supply chain the leaders need to work in order to create transparency for the

There is a major satisfaction for me in order to organise research on different area related
to trading and the topic named as eco-friendly strategy, policies that imposes direct effect on
decision taken by consumer in choosing a hotel. In addition to this, the research provides support
to enhance knowledge and skill regarding different kind of method that organisation use in
reference of promoting sustainability in the market. In addition to this, by conducting appropriate
research for investigation I am able to improve appropriate communication capability. The
capability related to research is determined such as time administration, data analysis research
skill, data collection and so on. There are different kind of problems as well as issues which is
confronted by me while organising particular research that is connected to data or information
collection during particular phase of time period. While data collection, I am not properly
responding to question that is asked by me and there is no more interest in giving their answers.
Apart from this, the other reason in respect of uninterested behaviour or attitude is providing
answer to question just because of covid-19 there is a different kind of concern regarding social
distancing and they are not able to ready to give a different kind of answer during particular
phase of time period. Therefore, I am focusing on increasing my appropriate convenience skills
so that I am able to gather information that is helpful in how to draw effective conclusion. In

addition to this, I don't have any kind of information or data regarding how to improve Gantt
chart but it provides support to me I take support from my mentor to increase learning ability and
conduct research in timely manner. Therefore, my focus is on analysing time that is required for
completing particular research during particular phase of time period. The researcher focuses on
providing support regarding research method and analyse data in an appropriate manner that help
me in conducting appropriate research in timely manner and growing chances in an appropriate

assess that survey is same or equivalent to questionnaire that help in determining different kind
of information within a short period of time. Survey research method is an appropriate tool that
helps in assembling pure data or information and the reason for choosing this is simple to
understand other person. There is different kind of initiative, strategies as well as policy related
to sustainability such as green technology based administration recycling and many more that is
determined by management team of organisation in order to take decision by user in respect of
service is used during particular phase of time period. It is important for organisation in order to
implement sustainability and it improves the success as well as growth of business organisation.

offer training session to its subordinates in order to increase knowledge and experience

 Furthermore, it is recommended that organization can focus is on improving facilities
while they provide services to its user and it helps in getting attention from its user and
influence decision making in respect of choosing hotel. In addition to this, it will help the
organization in implementing sustainability during particular phase of time period.
