Small scale industries not only play a critical role
towards development of Indian economy but also
have big part in the development of women
entrepreneurs in India. SMEs giving a huge number
of employment opportunities or chances towards
male as well as women workers.

Rationale for the proposed
research
Main rationale behind conducting this research is to
analysis importance of women entrepreneur in growth
and development of India. For this, small scale
industries play effective role by providing large
empowerment to women as compare to male
employees.

development in India.
