This research proposal focuses on the factors that customers use to determine their choices for airlines, with a specific focus on Singapore Airlines. The study aims to identify and analyze the motivations of customers for choosing Singapore Airlines. The literature review highlights the various factors that influence customer satisfaction and choice, such as in-flight services, ticket prices, and service quality. The research problem is the large number of factors that can determine customer outlooks concerning the choice of airlines, and the research question aims to understand the factors that determine airline choices and the motivational factors that attract customers towards Singapore Airlines. The research objectives include understanding the factors that influence customer choices, finding the exact motivational factors for customers in the airline industry, and identifying the challenges faced by Singapore Airlines in enhancing customer motivation. The research design will incorporate both qualitative and quantitative research, and the study will focus on gathering data from primary and secondary sources as well as conducting interviews with airline managers and customers. The study aims to provide clear implications and a better understanding of customer behavior in the airline industry.
