 To measure the impact of integration of digital technologies on effectiveness of

 To find out ways that can be used by Waitrose for enhancing their performance and
gain competitive edge in market by using digital technology.

The research work is very important as it will assist managers in understanding the role of
digital technology in enhancing or reducing the abilities of organisation. the study work
