Also, this will enhance my motivation level towards talent management. Further, to improve my

What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use and why? What
your areas of research will cover:
Sampling strategy
Once data has been gathered, sampling strategies are used which is done through
sample or selecting of individual from population. It is essential to use sampling strategy so
that analysis is made accordingly of collected data. In this conducted report, surveyor uses
random sampling which is to be considered as probabilistic approach. With help of this
strategy, it is easy for researcher to compare data in specific way
