This research proposal aims to determine the significance of workplace discrimination strategies and their impact on improving employee performance. The study will be conducted at McDonald, 11-59 High Rd, East Finchley, London N2 8AW, United Kingdom. The research will explore different strategies used to prevent workplace discrimination, the influence of workplace discrimination on staff performance, and the relationship between workplace discrimination strategies and employee performance. The research will use a deductive research approach and quantitative research methods.
